(561) 837-0510Dead battery? Slow crank? Electrical gremlins? We test, diagnose, and replace car batteries for every make and model — including European AGM batteries with proper BMS registration. Free battery test. Same-day service. Veteran-owned.
The national average battery life is 4–5 years. In South Florida, it's 3–4 years — sometimes less. Heat accelerates the chemical breakdown inside the battery. If your battery is 3 years old or older, don't wait for it to leave you stranded. Get it tested today — the test is free.
All makes and models. Written estimate before we start. Free battery and alternator test included.

Don't get stranded. These warning signs mean your battery or charging system needs diagnosis today.
If your engine cranks slowly when starting — especially on cold mornings — your battery is losing capacity. This is the most common early warning sign before a complete failure.
A battery or charging system warning light means the system voltage is outside normal range. Could be the battery, alternator, or a parasitic draw draining the battery overnight.
Dim headlights, slow power windows, flickering interior lights, or infotainment system glitches are all signs of a weak battery struggling to power the vehicle's electrical systems.
A swollen or bloated battery case means the battery has been overcharged or exposed to excessive heat. This is a safety issue — replace it immediately.
In Florida's heat, car batteries typically last 3–4 years — shorter than the national average because heat accelerates battery degradation. If yours is approaching 3 years, test it now.
If your car won't start after sitting for a day or two, you either have a dead battery or a parasitic draw — something is draining the battery when the car is off. We diagnose both.
Installing the wrong battery type can damage your vehicle's electrical system. We always use the manufacturer-specified battery for your specific vehicle.
The most common battery type. Used in most domestic and import vehicles. Reliable, affordable, and widely available. Typical lifespan: 3–5 years in Florida heat.
Required by most European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche) and many modern domestic vehicles with start-stop systems. Higher capacity, longer life, and spill-proof. Must be replaced with AGM — not a standard battery.
A step up from standard flooded batteries. Used in some vehicles with mild start-stop systems. Better cycling capability than standard batteries.
Used in hybrid and electric vehicles. Requires specialized handling and replacement procedures. We service hybrid battery systems on Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, and other hybrid platforms.
European vehicles require AGM batteries AND a Battery Management System (BMS) registration after replacement. Without the BMS reset, the charging system doesn't recognize the new battery and overcharges it — killing it prematurely. Most shops skip this step. We never do. We perform BMW battery registration using BMW ISTA software — the same tool BMW dealerships use.
Standard battery replacement at Oxenade Motors starts at $175, including the battery and installation. AGM batteries (required for most European vehicles) start at $250. We include a free battery and alternator test with every battery service.
Florida's heat is brutal on car batteries. The average battery life in South Florida is 3–4 years — significantly shorter than the national average of 4–5 years. Heat accelerates the chemical degradation inside the battery. If your battery is approaching 3 years old, have it tested.
Yes — this is critical. BMW, Mercedes, and many other European vehicles require AGM batteries AND a battery registration procedure after replacement. The vehicle's Battery Management System (BMS) must be reset to recognize the new battery. Skipping this step causes the charging system to overcharge the new battery, shortening its life dramatically. We perform BMW battery registration with every European battery replacement.
A new battery that keeps dying usually means one of three things: a failing alternator that isn't charging the battery, a parasitic draw (something draining the battery when the car is off), or a battery that was incorrectly sized or specified for your vehicle. We diagnose all three.
Absolutely. We offer free battery and alternator testing. If your battery tests good, we tell you — we don't replace batteries that don't need replacing.
A parasitic draw is an electrical component that continues drawing power from the battery after the car is turned off. Common causes include a stuck relay, a faulty module that doesn't go to sleep, or an aftermarket accessory wired incorrectly. We use specialized equipment to identify exactly which circuit is causing the drain.
Same-day battery replacement available. Serving Lake Park, North Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Jupiter & all of Palm Beach County.
